Reminder Cues

Reminder tools are objects that jog our memory of actions that need to be done. Reminder tools, also called memory cues, can be things that we set up intentionally in advance, like leaving yourself a note on the refrigerator, or they can be unintentional, as in the case of seeing an advertisement for pet care and remembering you need to add dogfood to your grocery store list Reminder tools are useful for a wide variety of things including remembering to complete an action or goals like practicing more mindfulness, kindness, or self-care on a day-to-day basis.
